Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new project
2. Create a filter with JQL that contains the project that was created above and other projects
3. Delete the project
4. Access the filter
5. Click ... at the top right to do Bulk Operations

Expected Results

There will be option to do Bulk Operations

Actual Results

There will be error message 'The JIRA server could not be contacted. This may be a temporary glitch or the server may be down.'

Workaround

Remove the deleted projects from the filter
