Create issue page doesn't allow for pasting of screenshots

      Steps to Reproduce:

      • go to create issue page
      • type some stuff into the description box
      • take screenshot (CMD+SHIFT+4)
      • paste into description box (CTRL+V)
      • Doesn't work...

      In contrast, this DOES work on the create issue modal.
