Deleting the Workflow Does not Delete All Data

      Summary

      As per How to migrate projects from one JIRA Cloud application to another, customer performed a full backup, then manually deleted the any unwanted data from the target instance. However, we can still find the workflow data on the entities.xml.

      • JIRA Cloud

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create some workflows on the instance
      2. Attempt to delete them
      3. Export the instance via Backup Manager
      4. Check the data of deleted workflows on entities.xml

      Expected Results

      No data found about the deleted workflow

      Actual Results

      There are retained data on OSPropertyString & OSWorkflowEntry.
      Checked the database, we can see the retained data on propertystring & os_wfentry tables.
