Summary

Check Activity of the issue.
Date and time will differ if you check specific transition in History tab and in Transitions tab.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an issue.
2. Wait for 1 minute and make a transition of the issue.
3. Check Activity section of the issue and choose History tab, compare it with Transitions tab.

Expected Results

Date and time of Transition tab should match with History tab.

Actual Results

Date and time is shown correctly in History tab.
Date and time of a transition in Transitions tab is taken from the previous activity, which is creation date.
