Tooltip does not explain how to switch back to the previous Quick Filters

Summary

When enabling the New JIRA Experience and accessing a board for the first time we receive a message informing that we can switch back to the previous Quick Filters. However, the Show me link does not lead to anywhere.

Steps to Reproduce

• Access instance
• Turn on the New JIRA Experience for your profile
• Navigate to one of the boards
• Click Show me in the tooltip

Expected Results

Instructions on how to switch back to the previous Quick Filters should appear.

Actual Results

The Show me link does not lead to anywhere.
