      Unable to add attachment in new tab

      Environment

      Tested in Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Browse to any issue on the instance
      2. Edit the issue in a new tab
      3. Add attachment by drag & drop or simply use the browse option

      Expected Results

      Attachment added successfully

      Actual Results

      File upload failed with below error
