Unable to utilize 'Account' (Tempo Account Custom Field) in gadgets in JIRA

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install 'Tempo Planner' add-on
2. Configure an 'Account' in Tempo
3. Create an issue in JIRA and set Account field to the account created in Tempo Planner
4. On a JIRA Dashboard add a gadget and try selecting the Account custom field

Expected Results

Able to select 'Account'

Actual Results

No Account field shows up

Notes

Customer has stated they've previously used these fields in the gadget previously but disappeared around June 20th.
They've contacted Tempo regarding this issue and received the following response:

"I'm afraid that this is functionality controlled by JIRA. Tempo Account field is a based on a JIRA custom field, and JIRA controls their availability in their various screens and gadgets. Unfortunately we can't do anything about this."
