Summary

Certain date fields on CSV export are not being displayed correctly when viewed on Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have an instance with dd/MM/yyyy HH:mm date format:
   
2. Use the Export Excel CSV feature.

Expected Results

The 'Created' column, for example, would list all dates in a uniform format.

Actual Results

Certain issues are rendering the date as d/m/yyyy HH:mm

The dates are correctly rendered when the CSV file is opened on Apple Numbers or Open Office.

Workaround

Use another sheet editor than Excel or Google Sheets.
