Summary

Export to csv uses both a carriage return and a linefeed for multiline data

Steps to Reproduce

1. Search for issues (which have multi-line data in some fields) in Issue Navigator
2. Export to CSV all fields

Expected Results

Data is exported to CSV and can be viewed correctly in Excel.

Actual Results

Data is exported to CSV but does not render correctly in some versions of Excel

The jira one uses both a carriage return and a linefeed which results in the file not loading correctly in Excel.
However, if you create a simple file in Excel, include some data with a line break in it and then save it as a csv, you see that the line break within the data uses just a linefeed.
