"Bulk change" menu item doesn't work when searching issues by named filter

      Summary

      When trying to use Bulk operations on issues from issue search dialog, if used named filter (my open issues, reported by me, etc), "Bulk change" menu item triggers JIRA page to redirect to JIRA_URL/issues/?filter=-1. If used custom search, said menu item works fine.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open JIRA
      2. Navigate to Dashboard page
      3. In top menu click "Issues" > "My opened issues"
      4. In the Ellipsis (...) menu click "Bulk change all ... issues" menu item

      Expected Results

      1. JIRA redirects to "Bulk issue change" page

      Actual Results

      1. JIRA redirects to JIRA_URL/issues/?filter=-1, which is effectively "My opened issues" page.

      Workaround

      1. Navigate to the page that was opened after last step of "Steps to Reproduce" section
      2. In the list of filtered fields add another field (but do not change it's default value - should stay "All")
      3. Click the search button
      4. You will observe that URL of the page changed to some long form.
      5. Click ellipsis button and select "Bulk change all ... issues" once again, and it will work.
