Summary

The Suite Utilities for JIRA and the Time spent in source status in transition tab behaves erratically at times.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Not all issues seem to behave the same way
2. Go to the Transitions tab of an issue and compare the timestamps of the transitions to the timestamps on the HIstory tab. Sometimes the times will behave oddly and the Time Spent in Source timestamps will not make sense when compared to the HIstory tab.

Expected Results

1. There should be a clear relationship between the transitions times in the History tab and those in the Transitions tab.

Actual Results

The times do not make sense at times.
