Unable to Link JIRA Issues with Confluence pages when New Interface is Used on Confluence

Summary

When new interface is enabled on Confluence, it shows "No Confluence page found with the given URL." when attempting to link JIRA issue with Confluence pages or blog posts.

Environment

• JIRA Cloud 1000.1074.0

Steps to Reproduce

Make sure Confluence has new interface enabled

1. Create a blog post on Confluence
2. Go to any JIRA issue
3. Attempt to link the blog post to JIRA issue

Expected Results

Link to Confluence blog is added to the issue.

Actual Results

It shows "No Confluence page found with the given URL."

Notes

• For Confluence pages, this only happens when the Confluence Page contains special characters or the URL contains page ID
• No error found from the logs or browser's Development tools
