Show transitions in Quick Issue View in Backlog

      Users would like to view the buttons for the available transitions on quick issue view panel on the backlog.

      Currently, it's only possible to view the transitions opening the issue details in a new screen or clicking on the three dots (...) and selecting "More Options".
