Dark feature jira.fixed.cdn.enabled breaks JIRA Service Desk

      Summary

      JIRA Service Desk does not load after migrating from JIRA Cloud to JIRA Server
      JIRA Cloud uses the jira.fixed.cdn.enabled dark feature to improve AWS performance. This dark feature comes along to JIRA Server when JIRA is migrated and causes JIRA Service Desk to not load successfully.
      JIRA Cloud needs to disable this feature during the export to Server process.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Export a JIRA Cloud instance
      2. Restore the backup into JIRA Server
      3. Open the Customer Notifications page (for example) in a Service Desk project

      Expected Results

      Page load successfully

      Actual Results

      Page displays spinning wheel forever
      Browser console displays "net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS" error.

      Workaround

      As described on this KB article

      1. Navigate to jira-url/secure/SiteDarkFeatures!default.jspa
      2. Locate jira.fixed.cdn.enabled and press Disable (this will remove it from the list of dark features)
