      Pivotal tracker import tool used to be available for cloud, now it is not anymore

      Suggested Solution

      Provide a proper import tool instead of guiding only through .csv imports.

      Why this is important

      There are customers yet migrating .

      There is a specific doc on how to proceed from Pivotal to JIRA
