Summary

When updating the time spent while executing a transition, a double notification is sent and JIRA registers it two times.

Environment

Cloud - JIRA v1000.892.2

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use SD project
2. Create a transition that contains a screen with 'Log Work' field
3. Add as reporter user with my email and as assignee, sysadmin
4. As sysadmin trigger transition from JIRA with sysadmin (to receive SD notifications)
5. Check if entry in history is added twice
6. Check if notification is sent twice
7. Add sysadmin as reporter and user with my email as assignee
8. As sysadmin trigger transition from JIRA with sysadmin (to receive JIRA notifications)

Expected Results

Just one notification should be sent and registered under the history of the ticket

Actual Results

Two notifications are sent and registered
