Problem Definition

JIRA's current visual configuration is not friendly for using vertical screens, i.e: when you open issue details while viewing a board, you have lots of unused space on the bottom and the issue details appear on the right, squished up because the screen is narrow. 

Suggested Solution

Better use the vertical space, Javascript can detect user's monitor, if in a vertical one the issue detail could be shown at the bottom. As long as some other changes.

Why this is important

Be more visually attractive and practical for who use vertical monitors (widely used for programming)
