Adding Status Fails

      I try to add a status on the on-demand Jira instance, and it fails I get a 500 error page.

      Jira version 6.2-OD-03
      Administration > Issue Attributes > Statuses > scroll to bottom > Add New Status

      It doesn't seem to matter what data I put in that form. It also fails if I try to add a status from the workflow editor.
