The arrows to move sub-tasks up and down within an issue are no longer visible.

If you click where those red circles are it will move the issue up and down. Further, if you hover over the circles it will show a 'Move Up' or 'Move Down' alt text.

To replicate

1. Create a test issue
2. Within the above test issue create two sub-tasks
3. Go back to the original test issue
4. Hover around the circles drawn on the image above and eventually your cursor will indicate that there is something that is clickable. This is where the arrows should be.
