Steps to reproduce:
1. create a Custom Field with editable available options (Select List, Multi Select, Cascading Select, Radio Buttons, Multi Checkboxes etc.)
2. go to the Edit Options for Custom Field screen;
3. see the note mentioning that HTML use is possible, although it's a Restricted Function:
This note is misleading to the users and should be removed.
