Both DocumentIssueImpl and IssueImpl used to use getKey for the equals and hashcode. The changes to IssueImpl mean that DocumentIssueImpls and IssueImpls for the same issue are no longer considered equivalent. Greenhopper specifically ands probably others have used this equivalence check for some time.
