Attachments are deselected when changing issue type

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Click Create issue
      2. Fill in all content
      3. Upload attachments (note the checkbox next to the attachment is selected)
      4. Change the bug type (for example from Bug to Improvement)

      Expected behaviour:
      The attachment checkbox remains selected.

      Actual behaviour:
      The attachment checkbox remains is deselected.
