In the Activity Stream section of the JIRA Dashboard page, web links are appearing as invalid after editing an issue and adding a link.

How to reproduce issue:

• Create a JIRA issue
• Click the More button within that issue then choose Link
• Add a URL link (Web link)
• Go to the Dashboard and look at the Activity Stream

The web link in the activity stream is correct, however the issue link adds an additional string breaking the issue URL and causing a 404 if clicked.

Adds a string at the end of the issue URL like:

$uriProvider.getIssueUri($issue).toASCIIString()

Tested on OnDemand JIRA current version.
