Using Issue #'s within attachment filenames will cause Jira t be unable to render them when embedding them within a comment, or description.

It seems the filenames are being parsed incorrectly, and causing JIRA to try and locate the issue, rather than the image.

Example - added a .jpg to an issue called AES-130-screen.jpg

Then add a new comment, and embed the image -

Error message after saving:
Unable to render embedded object: File (AES-130-screen) not found.
