Design glitch in JIRA selector in Chrome Version 30

      There is a graphical design glitch in JIRA single selects, e.g "Assignee" and "Epic Link" when using Chrome 30.0.1599.28 beta-m.

      The screen-shot attached, have a closer look at the drop down menu.

      Workaround
      Downgrade Chrome to version 29.
