Admin gadget is 404ing in OnDemand

      This instance is throwing the error:
      https://shipit.atlassian.net/secure/Dashboard.jspa

      Getting:

      Error loading gadget from rest/gadgets/1.0/g/com.atlassian.jira.gadgets:admin-gadget/gadgets/admin-gadget.xml: org.apache.shindig.gadgets.GadgetException: Unable to retrieve gadget xml. HTTP error 404

      Note that I am not an admin on the instance so I should not even see the gadget.
