Using the permission helper displays a user that doesn't belong to a group and indicates the 'project roles' need to be updated by following the link.

Current Behaviour:
The hyperlink takes the user to the path: https://<instance>/plugins/servlet/project-config/<project-key>/people
per attachment
This generates the error: 'Project tab 'people' does not exist' also shown in attachment.

Expected Behaviour:
The hyperlink takes the user to the path:
https://<instance>/plugins/servlet/project-config/<project-key>/roles
