Description

Original: The applet will load, ask you to update your JAVA plugin (even if you've previously done this), then not paste a captured screenshot. I reproduced this on the latest version of OSX and the latest version of Firefox. The work around here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/Unable+to+Attach+Images+Using+the+Screenshot+Applet+in+Firefox worked neither for me nor the customer. *workaround* Use the flash version: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.plugins.jira-html5-attach-images
