In search as it stands if you make a custom filter to include certain components the search is based on the 'String' entry of the Component.

If the Component name is amended then the search filter no longer works. You then have to edit the filter appropriate to find new components.

Search should use the ID of the component when saved so any changes to the String do not affect other filters.
