On the view issue page of the parent issue, if an action is done on a sub-task via the cog wheel, then it scrolls to the top of the page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the View issue page of an issue which has subtasks.
2. Scroll down to the Subtasks sections.
3. From the cogwheel corresponding to a subtask, perform an action.
Notice the page scroll up.

Expected Result:
The control or page view still stays in the subtasks section.
