Workflow condition: can not change grouped condition operator from AND to OR

      When you add a new condition, the operation by default is AND.
      In a grouped condition, I can not change it to OR:

      C1
      AND
      (C2 AND C3)

      can not be changed to

      C1
      AND
      (C2 OR C3)
