CSS of dropdown buttons is larger than select box

Since the last OnDemand upgrade the CSS for most of the drop-down boxes are broken on the "Create Issue" screen. Please see image below:

This appears to be happening only with the latest version of Google Chrome. It seems to be working fine when using Mozilla Firefox and Safari.
