When adding or removing remote links to an issue, the Updated field displayed on the issue details page under the Dates section gets updated to the current date and time (see attached "Dates - updated.png").

However, when searching for issues that have been updated in a given interval, those who only had remote links added or removed are not being displayed. Other operations, like adding comments, will make issues appear in search.
