Importing Recruitment Workflow from Marketplace results in File is too large to import

      OnDemand customers can now import workflows from the Marketplace into their instance per:

      https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Sharing+Your+Workflow

      However, we have instituted checks to verify that the package does not exceed 5MB (https://jdog.atlassian.net/browse/JRADEV-17202), and Recruitment Workflow (provided by Atlassian Labs) is 5.6MB, resulting in the error seen in the attached image.
