Custom fields are not displayed in issue navigator

      Even if the column is specified in the "Issue Navigator Column" it still is not displayed in the issue navigator.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Create custom field of type "Select List" (screen1)
      2. Go to to Issue "Navigator Columns" and add the column ("complexity" in my case) (screen2)
      3. Go to "Issue Navigator" -> no custom field is shown.

      Issue 1: No custom field is shown in "Issue Navigator"
      Issue 2: The field is too wide in "Issue Navigator Columns" (looks like the width is according to the field description, shouldn't be like that)
