Problem happens with JIRA 6.3, it's already in production for OnDemand.

Using JiraAuthenticationContext.getI18nHelper().getText() for plugin messages is broken - plugin messages are not resolved since JIRA 6.3.

Is it something that can be fixed in plugin?

Note, atlassian-plugin.xml has the following:
<resource type="i18n" name="i18n-timesheet" location="com.fdu.jira.plugin.portlet.timesheet.timesheet_portlet" />

to load corresponding messages, and it used to work for plugin in all cases, Velocity templates, WebWork actions and REST resources. Now, all cases beside REST resources still work fine.
