Navigation bar is missing when user open the project on Windows

    Description

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. On Windows, log in a instance
      2. Click on Project
      3. Click on any Project

      Expected Results:
      Left menu bar is shown, containing an icon to reports, another to issues...

      Actual Results:
      Left sidebar is missing

      Workaround:

      1. Click on the cog icon
      2. Click on Projects
      3. Open the required project
