When we try to add a gadget to our dashboard it makes us wait up to 35 seconds before a window appears with a link that we can click to see all the gadgets.

We need this looked into, as it's a long time to wait – why doesn't it come up with our complete list of gadgets automatically? Can't that list be cached, so that there is no odd delay?

We also cannot submit a service request because a window showing two bugs is in the way and cannot be closed.
