    Description

      1. Create a new issue ==> Create Issue dialog box appears
      2. Enter information into dialog, including into several custom fields
      3. Make sure "Create another" checkbox is checked
      4. Click "Create"

Expected: A new Create Issue dialog box appears with many fields already containing the information previously entered
Actual: The new Create Issue dialog box appears but it is not retaining any information from the issue just created. The new dialog box is as empty as the first one was.

This was originally reported as JRA-40067. I'm re-reporting it because, despite numerous comments form users about how this IS a serious problem, that item remains resolved as "Not a bug". It IS a bug and it should be in the queue to be fixed. I'm re-reporting it her in the hopes that Atlassian, at a minimum (and it would indeed be the very least Atlassian could do) will acknowledge this is a problem that needs to be fixed. Over in JRA-40067 Atlassian appears to have decided to just ignore the many comments form customers. Maybe this time they won't.

It is functionality that was working and heavily relied upon by users. Then Atlassian broke it. Getting this back is not a request for new functionality. It is not a "suggestion". It is not a report of something that is "not a bug". It is a bug and it has not been fixed.

It should remain on the list of things that needs to be fixed. It should not be incorrectly dismissed as "Not a bug".
