Date picker localization errors in german

      Hi,

      there are a lot of related issues, I hope that this isn't a duplicate of one of them.
      If you selected a date in march in german (german word: "März"), the datepicker inserts "mrz", but the form expects "mär".

      We are using Atlassian Cloud, the version is 6.4-OD-15-055 (Build-Nummer 64014).
