When the browser-metrics-plugin is disabled, various functionality in the issue navigator and view issue pages are broken.

Example:

**Symptoms**

• The edit button is not functioning
• Adding a comment it gives communication breakdown error
• Broken Issue Navigator (cannot navigate from the issue navigator, cannot open filters)

**Workaround**

• Login to your instance using your administrator account.
• Browse to the "Manage add-ons" page.
• Find the "browser-metrics-plugin" item, expand it, and make sure it is enabled.
