Description
Sometimes the tooltips of the sidebar (ie 'Backlog' or 'Active Sprints') can get stuck in the browser. They will be invisible, but prevent the user from clicking anything below them.
This specifically blocks sprints from being expanded and collapsed in the JIRA Agile Plan mode.

Steps to reproduce
- Go to to a Project overview page.
- Open the browser inspector
- Hover over the different buttons rapidly (see attachment)
- Note that while this is the most reliable way to reproduce this issue, normal usage can cause this as well, just more rarely.
Not that the Tooltips remain in the code just below the <body> tags if done correctly. Rather than all being cleaned up
Workaround
- Refresh the page, now the buttons underneath will be clickable again.
Or - Just rollover sidebar the icon which was stuck and rollout again, slowly.
