This issue appeared to be fixed a week or so ago, but now is not working again.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new version with a release date
2. Select to release the version
3. System pops-up release date dialog box

Expected results:
4. Date is populated with the original release date

Actual results:
4. Date is populated with the day before the original release date
