With jira.permission.comment.user = denied, comments field still appears on resolve screen

With the property "jira.permission.comment.user" set to "denied" for a "Done" issue status (in order to prevent users adding further comments to resolved issues), the comments field still appears on the issue resolution screen associted with this transition.

Due to the above property, when a user tries to enter a comment on the resolution screen, an error message appears stating "[username], you do not have the permission to comment on this issue.".

This causes confusion, hence one/both of the following changes would be useful:

• allow the final comment on the transition screen to be entered before removing the permission
• add the option to remove the comments field from transition screens
