Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a project and give the browse project permission to everyone.
2. Navigate to the JIRA instance's base url. Notice that the dashboard is shown.
3. Click on the login link and login.

Expected Result:
After login users are taken to MyJIRAHome.

Actual Result
Users are taken to the dashboard because, the dest-url is set to be /secure/Dashboard.jspa
