Multimedia files fail to render when using wiki markup

Similar behavior to Resolved issue: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-29558

In Chrome Browser:

.mov files:

• download when Clicked without preview option
• Fail to render when embedded in comment as:

  !filename.mov!

.mp4 files:

• On Click Preview Plays as Intended no error
• Embedded in comment fails with error:

  Unable to embed resource: filename.mp4 of type video/mp4
  

In Safari Browser:

.mov files:

• On Clicking attachment, Attempts to preview and displays Quicktime logo and Question mark error

.mp4 Files

• On Clicking attachment, Attempts to preview and displays Quicktime logo and Question mark error
• Embedded File in comment displays error:

  Unable to embed resource: filename.mp4 of type video/mp4
  

Workaround:
Use Chrome Browser with MP4 filetype for preview option

No Workaround for embedding in comment
