Setting "My Changes: Do not notify me" ignored, extra emails sent

      When I am mentioning myself as [ ~username] in the comment or description, JIRA is sending a message

      [ JIRA] Sergiy LIZENKO mentioned you on XXX-NN (JIRA)

      ignoring setting My changes set as Do not notify me in my profile.
