When editing a Notification Scheme or a Permission Scheme and setting any of the options to a group, the Group selector is case sensitive.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the User Management and create a new group which name contains a capitol letter
2. Navigate to JIRA Administration, Issues tab
3. Select either Notification or Permission Schemes on the left
4. Edit any of the existing schemes
5. Click the Add link under the Operations column
6. In the group selector start typing the group's name
