Please remove the "Create Crucible Review Workflow Function" from OnDemand Jira Post Function.

Since the feature create crucible review is not supported in OnDemand anymore as reported in this bug ticket JRA-32242.

Please kindly remove it from the post function list because it do lead to the confusion that customer might think that this feature is still available.

When they trying to add this post function to their workflow transition, the view of post function list will goes wrong in the transition page as shown below.
