The Issue change history not been updated after deleting a version associated with issues

    Description

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Created a new version.
      2. Created a new issue.
      3. Add the new version to the new issue.
      4. Check the History Tab and see that Fix Version has a new value.
      5. Deleted the new version.
      6. Check the History Tab again

      Expected Results:

      1. History Tab should show up that the Fix Version field was cleared up.

      Actual Results:

      1. Nothing shows up on the History Tab about this system update.
